At the FSGenesis Storefront click the Login link.

Where is says "Forgot your login?" enter your email address and click the Login Lookup button. Your username will appear in the Login field. Make note of it.

Enable the radio button beside "Please email me my password" and click the Login button. Your password will be emailed to you.

If your email has changed since you set up your account, send an email to describing the problem and giving your new current email address. We will correct your information and have your password emailed to you at your new address.
