Is it worth downloading:-

Iceland Mesh
Design: Janne Sinkkonen, Jonathan de Ferranti and Tatu Kantomaa
Version 1.0
Description: A mesh and Land Class (FSX only) scenery for Iceland. For Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Or is this already implemented in FSG World Terrain Mesh for FSX? ???

Not in World Mesh -- yet.  Scheduled for the next update, hopefully within about two weeks.
