Hello Justin,

Having myself no PayPal account this is the only selectable item in the drop-down menu. However, I would like to use the special offer. Could you check what's going on? It's in my basket but I can't continue. I tried in both browses, Firefox and IE.

You don't need a PayPal account.  As noted on that checkout page, "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest" link.
