Product Download Problem

There is a download link on the right hand side. Clicking that takes me to a request for ID and password. I use the one shown in the the message which is my normal Store Front access. I then get a blank page.

I dunno.  You mean link on the left?  Clear your browser cache?

Are you talking about the link in the email?  If so, right above that you should see a message to the effect that the download links in the emails aren't working, so go directly to the store and download from My Downloads.\

The Order Confirmation msg has a download link on the right of the price and that takes you to a request for a password and that takes you to a blank screen. Anyhow, My Downloads shows:

No Canada Mesh file......  Should be at the top. Not anywhere on the list.

It wouldn't be on top of the list, but down the list a ways under My FSX Downloads.

I just logged into your account and it's there, right under Mexico

I just bought North Atlantic 76 terrain mesh for FS2004 Order Number: 47987
Item# 47987: NATLDEM but when I tried to download it I noticed that it was for FSX. Can you do anything to fix this problem because I cant use the one for FSX.
