Hi Justin,
I am not able to download Ireland NextMap from my account. Says Error Code:    MER-DTB-00073
      Description:    Product 'DL-NXM_IEDEM-X' not found

Can you check please

Hi,

That usually indicates that your login has timed out.  Please clear browser cache and log in again.
