Sale still says pending and now email confirmation

Hi Justin,

I just made a purchase and am not yet able to download. Is there a technical issue with your merchant account?

Hi Bob,

Have you logged into your FSG Store account and clicked "My FS* Donwloads"?

Order status is updated manually once a day.

I have the same issue listed below purchase date 6/17/10,UTC 20:16:54 When will the download be available?

HI Dennis,

Order status is updated manually, usually within 24 hours, so is not instantaneous.

To download, simply log into your FSG Store account and click Customer Service, My FS2004 Downloads.  That IS automatically configured, as soon as the order is completed.
