Partially shipped order

I am terribly sorry to hear about your financial and family problems over the last 16months, I am not complaining, but I am still waitng on the rest of my FSX bundle to be shipped, my order no: is 3869, this was placed on 06/03/2008.
I previously posted a message about change of address for shipping, could you please give me some clarification on this matter.

V2 Mexico is completed, V2 Hawaii is completed, V2 Alaska is not completed but there is a progress build available for download.  V2 Canada and V2 World are still pending.  V2 Mexico will ship along with V2 Alaska-Hawaii when Alaska is completed, projected for December sometime.  Meanwhile, you may download the available files by logging into your FSG Store account and clicking My FSx Downloads.

Plrease make sure your address is current by logging into your FSG Store account and clicking the Account button.
