Re-download problems

I am having trouble re-downloading the mesh files I purchased in 05. When I open my account and select 'Order Status/History', I am told that I have no orders on record and therefore no 'Products Download' link. Maybe I am not using the correct procedure? My order number is 23489, 06/01/2005. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi John,

You had created two login accounts and must have been logging into the wrong one.  I have deleted the extra account and after logging in with ******92 you should see My FS2004 downloads on the left.
