Try Left-clicking?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, but left clicking what exactly?

I just don't understand what is I'm supposed to do. In the other thread you linked, dboley wrote:

"Windows7 - you have to add the FOLDER for the new scenery and then click in the "white area" of the box showing the folder. All FSX additions have this issue."

What folder does he mean? What white area? I've tried left clicking and right-clicking everything imaginable. NOTHING works. I wish someone with Win 7 who's done this can list specific steps they took to get it working.

Thanks for the link. I tried it. It didn't work. I can click the 'scenery' folder, then click the white area, and it will fill in the folder name in the field below -- problem is, clicking "OK" after that does absolutely nothing.

Edit: disregard. I FINALLY got it to go. Took a bunch of tries, but it worked finally -- clicking the white eventually just made the whole dialog go away, and the two items showed in the scenery list. What a weird bug.

One thing though, Justin ... how does FSG need to fit in relation to OrbX FTX products (if you know)?

Thanks for your help.

I'm having the same problem ziffel had with Windows 7.  No matter what I do, what or where I click or right click, nothing shows up in the "scenery" directory.  I've done the auto install and manual install, and nothing's working.  Any suggestions?

Funny thing is, even in the directories that are already installed (supposedly), FSX finds no files in them.  Why is this?

I don't know.  Haven't moved to Windows 7, personally, so all I can do is post the link to the workaround, which seems to work for most.   I would double-check your procedure and make sure you're not skipping something.
