FS9 flight will not load in New Mexico

Hello,
I installed the 19 m mesh for New Mexico but when I try to create a flight out of Albuquerque and press start flight I get the usuall start screen that shows that the flight is loading but it never goes past 0%.  I have no problems starting flights in other parts of he world.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the mesh but I still have the same problem.

Any help would be great.
