Download Problem

Hello Justin,

I am not able to download your FSX North Atlantic and Hawaii/Alaska programs.  The downloads stop when they are about a quarter to a third of the way through.  I've waited for several minutes but they do not continue.  I do not have any problems downloading from other internet sites.  FYI I have a new Dell with Windows 7-64.

Hi Dan,

Make sure to clear your browser cache between download attempts, else your broser will be tricked into thinking subsequent downloads are completed, based on the previous attempt.

If you continue to have problems, Google for a good download manager that can resume downloads.

Hi Justin,

Thanks for your quick reply.  Clearing my browser cache didn't do any good.  I used a download manager and was able to get both programs.  I have installed them successfully and they look great (as usual)!  Thanks for you help.
